Images In New South Wales, North of Sydney

Shortly after Surfers Paradise we dropped over the border into the 'Boomerang Coast' of New South Wales for our final return to Sydney. We lived it up in lovely Byron Bay for a few days before beaching it all the way down the coast, then finally popping inland for a last look at some of Australia's fascinating scenery at The Blue Mountains National Park. We arrived back into urban Sydney exactly four months and 27,000 kilometres after we started our circlular navigation of the country, with one knackered clutch, a beat up windscreen and the daunting prospect of having to return to that dodgy backpackers car market to sell the van on.
